- I think you can tell a lot about me from my writing. Above all, I'm an independent thinker, a bit of a philosopher - but not to unhealthy levels ;) - and have a biiig compassionate heart.
Having lived in different place in the world and having grown up knowing what being an "outsider" means (a lot of good things), I prefer not to give myself labels - liberal, conservative, agnostic, catholic, feminist, intellectual, Californian, Berkeleyrian?, Latin American, mixed, immigrant, alien, etc...they all have extremes (not to mention stereotypes) that I don't subscribe to or fit...but also many perspectives I do adopt in life and thinking, or at least understand to a point.
Some things I like: truth, honesty, clarity, healthy minds, healthy communities, compassion, happiness.
Some things I do not like: greed, manipulation, hate, lies and dishonesty, any superiority ideologies.
Don't like to limit myself to borders - I'd like to consider myself more of a 'global citizen'. As cheesy as it sounds it seems to be the only way I like it and that feels rights. Definitely human - I think...and definetely definetely weird & geeky at times.
As you'll see in my writing, I am also a bit sarcastic at times - one of my weaknesses. Ooops...I mostly just have fun with it though. :)
