On Saturday, March 31, the Northern California Cesar E. Chavez Holiday Parade and Festival will mark the seventh observance of Cesar Chavez’s birthday as an official state holiday. Join the celebration commemorating the life and work of labor and civil rights leader Cesar Chavez.
11am — parade assembles, 24th Street between Bryant and Potrero Streets.
12 noon — parade proceeds on 24th Street.
1pm to 5pm — Festival at Everett Middle School, Church Street between 16th and 17th Streets.
